Dr. Kerby Bruce and Associates is a well-established dental practice with a strong patient base. Located in a thriving community, we offer comprehensive care in a supportive, laid-back environment. Our practice boasts 10 operatories and a dedicated, highly skilled team, ensuring that both staff and patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join us and take over a full case load while enjoying the opportunity to grow with our practice.
What We Offer:
Practice Size: 10 operatories with your own dedicated chair space (1-2 chairs available).
Support Staff: Dedicated RDA for the associate to assist with your patient care, ensuring efficient and effective service.
Technology and Equipment: Dentrix, PrimeScan, Digital Radiographs, Implant Systems (Nobel and Straumann), Soft Tissue Diode Laser.
Scope of Practice:
Full scope of general dentistry, including restorative and preventive care.
Clinical Growth Opportunities: We are particularly interested in candidates with an interest in endodontics and/or orthodontics. The ideal candidate will want to help grow and expand the orthodontic practice as well.
High Production Potential with a full case load of patients.
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and execute treatment plans to address patient needs, including restorative and preventive care.
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and recommend preventive measures.
Collaborate with dental professionals and manage patient care for optimal oral health outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
A general dentist who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality care across all areas of dentistry.
A new graduate is welcome, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within the practice.
Must be personable, easy-going, and enjoy working in a laid-back, team-oriented environment.
A passion for building relationships with patients and a desire to contribute to the growth of the orthodontic practice would be a major asset.

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
